Agustina

Today I’m free again to talk about everything I want. So, I’m going to tell you about my little dog, named Agustina. She is a schnauzer, a pedigree dog from Alemania. She came at home two years ago, because my little sister wanted a pet so much. My dad took a long time to make a decision. It could not be any dog, because in that time we lived in an apartment, so it would have to be a very quiet and small dog. My mum didn’t want a hysterical dog either, so a poodle was, of course, rule out. We search a lot, until we find a pedigree that, apparently, filled our requirements, and that pedigree was schnauzer. The description of this kind of dog it’s that they are very loving, protective and smarts. So, we bought and schnauzer and she results to be all that things and more. She is very hairy, looks like a sheep sometimes, and likes to be around you all the time. It’s small, but I think that she believes that she has a bigger size, because attack any dog, even if he is a huge dog. It’s very funny as well, does all kinds of silly things, like having afraid to the broom, so when we sweep the floor, she usually hides. I think she believes she is a human, sometimes act like a little baby, but she’s certainly not: D. I really love her, she is so cut and warming and always come to say hi to me when I get home, every day. She is a hairy felt. :)

My notebook ♥

I’m not really a technology fan. I just don’t care so much about how modern it’s my cell phone or my music player, that kind of things doesn't call my attention, but if I have to choose a favorite piece of technology that would be my notebook. My mums give it to me as a present two years ago, because I’m a very god daughter :P and a I use it every day. I need it, for example, to check my email or to do my college works, to listen to music, to search the net, to read books … actually, o most everything. I have very important things saved in my notebook: pictures, books, videos, recordings, old photos ... all in just one place. I really like it because it’s not like those netbooks where you have to shrug your shoulders to write. This is a big one and I love that! Also I can carry it with me anywhere I go. I can lied in my bed and be with my notebook without any trouble, listening to music, chatting, watching movies or musicvideos, or just working. The only bad thing it’s that, sometimes, I put more attention to what’s happening in the notebook that what’s in my reading for college work! It’s very difficult concentrate with my notebook open! It’s so much tempting. I just have one complain, even I love it, I think that would be much nicer a white notebook: D … because mine is black, or any color actually, like purple or green :)

My last summer

Hi everyone! Today I can talk about anything I want. I can choose the topic! :D So I’m going to tell you about my last summer. The last vacation I went to La Serena, a beach located at the north of Chile in the IV region. It’s a very nice place to go on holidays, because it’s very quiet and beautiful city. The beach is very long and the water is warmer than in the center beaches. I went with my family and some friends and we stay in a summer house, a little far from the beach but it was a very pleasant place to stay. In the morning we went out for a walk, after launch we went down to the beach and at nigh went down to the center of the city or to Coquimbo, a nearby city. The seaside that I like the most was Totoralillo, a beach with white sand and turquoise water very concurred, but it’s was worth the crowd. I like the beach in summer, but a love it in winter. For me go to the beach in winters holidays it’s the best break. I would love to live nearby to the sea. I think that when I’ll be older I’m going to move to a seaside :). It was a very good vacations that I always going to remember (:

Max Weber biography:

I choose to write about Max Weber. He was a German sociologist and political economist, son of protestant parents, who lived between 1864 and 1920. He has a particular vision of sociology that in his time was actually a very original one. He thinks that the center of the investigation should be individuals’ action and their meaning. But, it’s difficult to discover the real significant on the human acting, that’s why he development a methodology to decipher the individual action and this way understand the society, always under the premise that the collective action it’s not the same that the reunion of all individuals actions. Two of his most famous works are The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism (1905) and Economy and Society (1914), where in general terms, speaks about how Protestantism expand the idea of capitalism in Europe, especially in Germany and how society create her own ways of production . He writes in a very complex way, so requires lots of concentration.I like him because his vision of sociology change the way that people use to watch society , adding to the subject action an important paper overvalued in that century.
